BDesigns Response to COVID-19
BDesigns still employs increased cleaning and sanitizing measures in our
shop. All incoming products from our suppliers will be sanitized prior to use.
We are minimizing contact with our shipping and delivery companies by
practicing social distancing, and eliminating the need for signiatures during
the delivery process to and from our office. Until further notification, we will
not be allowing any local pickups of orders.
Our processing times below may be longer due to our suppliers COVID-19
protocls through their facilties which may increase the amount of time for us
to have raw materials delivered.
Delivery times for outgoing orders are sometimes impacted even after 3
years since the pandemic. Becuase of that, any delivery time guarantees are
still suseptable to longer than usual delivery times. The postal system in
your country will likely be under the same constraints. Rest assured you will
receive your package, but it likley will take longer. If urgency is required,
please contact us and we can arrange a quote for an upgraded shipping
method using FedEx.

Order Processing Time
Existing product usually ships in 3 to 7 business days depending on
material stock.
New decal sets/projects can take from 4 up to 10 weeks depending on
regular order volumes and how large the project is. New projects have to be
fit into regular order schedules.
VIN's: Order processing time for VIN's that we currently have in our standard
offering is approximately 4 to 5 business days, which includes the time for artwork
approval. Order processing time for VIN's that are NOT in our standard
offering is currently running between 5 to 8 weeks, which includes artwork
approval. Order processing times do not include shipping.
New requests for Information Labels/Decals: We are happy to reproduce
individual information decals for you, however these to take time to create
and the artwork must be fit into our production schedule on a "as time
allows basis". There is no set schedule for these types of decals to be
created. If your new requests for these types of decals is part of a standard
decal package offering or new decal package request, the priority of the
information decals is elevated.

Canada Post, our primary shipping method is currently on strike. Although we
don't except this to take too long to be settled, we currently are not able to ship
with them. Once the strike is over, expect delays due to a backlog. We
apologize for this inconvenience. You can get your order refunded, wait until
the strike is over and then your order will ship, or for an upcharge we can send
FedEx or Purolator. Please let us know which you prefer. We will not send
parcels out with these other services for the same price that Canada Post
charges, which is what our pricing is based on.

We are starting to update product costs as it has been a few years since
updates were applied. We do our best to keep the prices competitive, but like
all businesses, we have been hit with noticeable increases since COVID.
