BDesigns offers a line of products that are superb for scratch removal and polishing of plastic windshields. These products are used on repair and restoration of aircraft windshields, and are simply the best we have found for motorcycle windshield application. Virtually any windshield can have the scratches removed. It is also possible to remove yellowing from the outer surface of the windshield that can happen with age - providing the yellowing is not severe. These products can also been used on plastic signal lenses, plastic tach and speedo plates and much more!

Micro-Mesh™

Micro-mesh 9 grit "abrasive" polishing system. These "cushioned", long lasting abrasives are extremely flexible, re-useable and provide the ultimate finish that conventional abrasive products can not give. Can be used dry or wet. Each sheet in our kit is 152 x 76 (6" x 3"). Available grits are 1500, 1800, 2400, 3200, 3600, 4000, 6000, 8000, and 12000 (1500 MICRO-MESH™ is equivalent to a scratch pattern left using 400 wet/dry, but is much more consistent). $26.95 plus S&H. Sanding Pad

A high density closed cell foam pad that can be used as a backing pad for Micro-Mesh abrasives. This pad will help attain a more uniform pressure and consistent sanding. $3.50 plus S&H. Part #MMSP-01

HUT Ultra Gloss™ Plastic Polish
