US Customers:
When shipping parts to us for any reason, please DO NOT ship using UPS. UPS
charges outrageous handling and brokerage fees when crossing the border into
Canada, which we will not be responsible for paying. If you do ship UPS, the
charges will have to be added to the cost of your order, or we will have to
refuse the shipment at our end, and it will be returned to you, at your cost. UPS
nor their contracted outlets do not make these costs known to you upfront
when you ship the product, unless you ask.
We suggest you either use the United States Postal Service or FedEx. Please
mark on the paperwork that the parts you are sending;

International Customers:
