1983 Honda CX650 Turbo - North American Version

Currently available are all the fairing and tank decals. The metallic blue sections on the fairing were painted on the OEM fairing components. The areas were too large and compound formed to apply vinyl decals in these areas. We have accurately developed "Paint Masks" using a decal-like material that was developed specifically for this purpose. The mask material has a low tack that is similar to other masking materials used for paint masking. You can have your painter manually tape off the areas

meant to be blue, but we have found that the cost for these masks and for the painter to apply them are lower than masking tapes manually applied, especially considering these masks are accurate to the original shapes on the fairing as compared to a painter visually "estimating" where the tape is applied.

We are also interested in re-producing any other frame decals or fairing "warning" decals that are not shown here. Some of these can be re-produced directly from scans or photographs. Side Panel Model Number decal. The lettering is Pearl White and the surrounding area is blue, just like the OEM decals. Paint Masks and Seat Stencils

Seat Pinstripe/Lettering Stencil. This stencil style masking material is used to "repaint" the pinstriping and HONDA lettering that wears off the seat with age. Seat must be treated with a product such as Forever Black first, or have the seat re-upholstered. Included are scrap vinyl pieces and test stencils to practice on the scrap vinyl with.
